Together we’ll break-down a proven competency framework. We’ll get hands-on with the tools that are being used to coach virtual facilitators on what it takes to make a

‘quantum’ shift in they engage and interact with participants.

Are you a trainer? Are you leading a team of trainers? You’ll get to play the role of “arm-chair coach” by watching recordings of real facilitators in action. Your powers of observation will be tested. We’ll assess performance based on objective standards, and you’ll get to compare notes with the richly textured feedback that the pro coaches at Shift captured.
